Term & Condition Agreement

Welcome to Principal Poles. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website and/or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

Principal Poles is an Australian-owned company providing temporary and permanent power solutions for residential, commercial, and event sites. We specialise in streamlined installations that maximise space and convenience for builders, renovators, and event organisers.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or via phone/email with our team.

  • Payment is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, site access issues).

  • Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation or service to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Pricing

  • All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.

4. Site Access and Safety

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and legal access to the installation site.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to complete the work due to restricted or unsafe access, a call-out fee may apply.

  • The customer must inform us in advance of any site hazards or requirements (e.g., underground cables, restricted working hours, etc).

5. Hire Equipment

  • Where equipment is hired (e.g., temporary power poles), the customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the equipment.

  • Damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer.

  • Equipment remains the property of Principal Poles at all times.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • Principal Poles provides services using qualified and experienced staff, compliant with Australian safety and electrical standards.

  • While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
